Monitoring

Development monitoring is carried out on existing progressing projects. This done as a periodic site visit and report, reviewing the status of the works completed, valuation of completed works and projected financial position. The monitoring also reviews and identifies potential financial risks, overall progress and programme position of the project and the construction works being undertaken.

The report allows investors, funders and developers to understand the financial position, status and risks of a projects, along with delivery progress during the construction phase.

This is important on all projects, but especially projects that involved development finance, where there is a lender involved. We undertake development monitoring for both lenders and developers, so we understand what each party requires and how to ensure projects and developments progress successfully.
