We used Switch’s “We Plan” service for a Victorian terrace renovation we were considering. Their report helped us assess feasibility and budget clearly and confidently. Dean and Nick communicated everything in plain, understandable terms, which made decision-making much easier. Great company to work with on my recent home refurb - all aspects were handled in a professional and responsive manner which made the whole process stress free. The initial call with Nick to outline their service was really useful, as well as the initial visit to establish which aspects of the project to prioritise. Once we agreed to go ahead, the work started promptly and they were great at coordinating all the various tradespeople to get it completed as quick as it could have been (despite Christmas falling in the middle!). A truly excellent service. The switch team helped us recover from a very bad experience with our pervious builder on partly built site in Wigan. Finishing the job to a high standard and supporting the remaining sales. We couldn't have done it with out them. From our initial meeting both Nick and Dean completely understood what we wanted from our house renovation project. The house was very disjointed and lacked flow. They provided completely honest advice and suggestions and considered practical changes that would work for our family. The Switch team carried out extensive structural work to remove walls and reconfigure the space to open it up and let more light in. In all honesty we had expected the process to be stressful but with Switch in control it actually felt enjoyable. It has been a pleasure dealing with Nick, Dean and the team in our project which involved purchasing a house that they had refurbished to an incredibly high standard and then contracting with them for additional works such as having a garage built and internal joinery which was all completed to the same high standard.  We really felt that they were prepared to go the extra mile for us and nothing was too much trouble. Additionally all of the craftsmen that they used were unfailingly polite and similarly so helpful. We engaged Switch Property Group after they were recommended by the architect who planned the renovation work for our bungalow. The property was taken back to brick and fully renovated inside and out. During the project the guys from Switch oversaw the whole process, giving us expert advice and guiding us throughout the process of the extension and the renovation. We are totally ecstatic with the finished product which is our retirement property. We cannot thank Switch Property Group enough.
