Nick

Nick is an experienced property investor with a passion for property. He has built a diverse and growing property portfolio across the North West, focussing predominantly on a systematic BRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent and Refinance) strategy.

By project managing dozens of his own property renovations, he has achieved significant increases in the value of his properties, which now provide a healthy, sustainable and passive source of monthly income.

Prior to being full time in property, Nick was the UK Public Affairs Lead for a global energy company. He has a BA in Business Management and a MA in Strategic Communications Management.

Adam

Adam is a property developer and project manager. His property experience is primarily buying, renovating and selling. His background in project management means he is skilled at organising renovations and managing contractors. He is focussed on completing projects on time and to budget and he has generated healthy capital returns.

As well as flipping properties Adam has experience in adding value to vacant land by gaining planning permission for developments.

Outside property Adam has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng) and has had a successful career as a Project Director, where he has delivered large industrial projects over many years.
