I came across Switch Property Investment (SPI)late last of 2022. I had been looking for properties suitable for the BTL market for the last couple of years, only to be frustrated by not being in the right place at the right time, right yield, out bidded, or just frustrated that it wasn't the correct time to invest. I had initial consultations and laid out the high level principles to create a 'mini-portfolio of properties'! We agreed all the triggers, capital investment, yield, potential ROI targets etc. In a few weeks the property viewings started to come, etc And I was fortunate enough to get off the ground with full support via their extensive networks of key contacts ie accountant, financial advisors, letting agents etc - the beauty of SPI was they never once said you have to use our network, I was able to bespoke and tailor according to my needs and judgement. SPI was always there to advise and be a sounding board. I could carry on writing about SPI but I laid the one most important rule - whatever SPI recommend, give the advise as if you are spending SPI money! Not once have they let me down. The biggest benefit SPI provide is the confidence that this is the right investment.
