An update on our slowest moving project to date…..Switch Property Group’s HQ renovation! It has become a bit of a joke now amongst our team and clients but…
Here is how not to approach a project:
- We started off saying we weren’t going to do anything to our office when we bought it.
- We have done all the work without a plan AT ALL.
- All our trades are constantly on our clients’ job.
- We keep adding to the work scope for each trade, and nothing is written down which they love.
- Best of all we haven’t set a budget!
Basically we are doing everything we tell our clients not to do….but it will be lovely when it’s done.
