We’re delighted to have been appointed by Simon Das at 978 Group Ltd as Development Partner for another conversion project in Morecambe. It’s a 3 story townhouse in the heart of the town, and requires a complete rip-out and internal rebuild.
A huge amount of work and this one will certainly be an impressive transformation once it’s complete.
Morecambe certainly seems like the place to be at the minute – the Eden Project and other local investments are making it the ideal location for property investors.
