Starting on Site at Morecambe 1

The first of our Morecambe development projects, work has begun on the rip out of this large townhouse.

Rip out work certainly isn’t the glamorous side of development, but it’s where all good development and refurbishment projects begin, and we’ll show a lot more about the property once it’s done!

This will be an ugly duckling transformation, so an exciting project for Switch Property Group.
