New Team Member! Welcoming Jason Knowles to the Switch Team
We’re delighted to welcome Jason Knowles to the team at Switch Property Group.

Jason’s background is in construction, working his way up. He started out as a joiner, which gave him a hands-on understanding of the building and construction trades. From there, he moved into roles such as Foreman, Assistant Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, and Contracts Manager, before most recently becoming a Project Manager.
“It’s been quite a journey, and it’s given me a solid grasp of every part of the construction process.”
Jason is a big believer in teamwork and communication. He says it’s essential to be able to lead a team effectively and make sure everyone’s on the same page. He’s also a real problem-solver, tackling challenges head-on and finding solutions that work.
“Over the years, I’ve worked on all sorts of projects, from small housing developments to massive schemes with hundreds of homes. I’ve done everything from shared ownership and spec housing to open market sales and social housing. I’ve even managed the building of extra care centres and multi-storey apartment blocks. Basically, I’ve seen it all!”
