We’ve knocked rooms through, raised the ceiling, new insulation, new kitchen, new flooring, rewiring, new bathrooms, new windows, a complete refurbishment!

We knew with the size of project it wasn’t going to be plain sailing. We knew that things were going to be uncovered but the way it was handled was absolutely brilliant.

I initially met Nick for a coffee, just to see what I thought of him and what they’d been up to. Then we went to the next level and then they came round, looked at the house, saw what we were up to with it, gave their thoughts.

They suggested some changes that we hadn’t even thought about. Just meeting them felt very relaxed (very like us!), organised and professional, but on the other side they wanted it to be an enjoyable experience, too.

Because we’re business owners we wanted the right service and to feel looked after, and we absolutely did, throughout the whole process!

I feel like the house has become what it was like meant to be – we’re always busy entertaining.
