Transformation Plan:
The strategy phase helped establish the client’s brief, budget and set out a proposal for the projects. We then undertook our full design service and pre-construction before delivering the project on budget, whilst delivering a significantly broader scope than originally outlined, due to savings and efficiencies achieved.
Scope of Works:
All new services, reconfiguration of the property, new electrics and plumbing along with a full renovation and reconfiguration.
