Project Overview:

The full redevelopment of a 30 + year old property, as part of one of our own small rural development. This included a full back to brick refurbishment, internal redesign and extensive landscaping, in order to bring the property up to a modern executive family home.

Value of development:
Circa £200k of construction work, GDV of £1.5m.

Duration:
8 months.

Client Story:

This was one of our own developments, where we secured a buyer for the fully refurbished property and then completed a number of bespoke extras for the buyers, who were a lovely retired couple.

Our Assessment:

The client wanted everything sorting and benefitted from the structure of working through an established process to deal with each aspect of the project from concept through to completion.

Transformation Plan:

A full strategy was completed for the development, followed by a full design and pre-construction, before completion of the build phase. This project followed the full Switch services from concept to completion.

Scope of Works:

Full redevelopment of the property, followed by additional works for the buyer, which included building of a new detached double garage, extensive landscaping, bespoke media walls created, bespoke joinery with fitted wardrooms, dressing room and additional cabinetry.
