Our client had already instructed architect plans, but didn’t know how much the designs were going to cost to build. They had experienced unreliable contractors previously and as a retired couple didn’t want to have to deal with the issues of managing a build.

Scope of Works:

This property went back to brick, had the rear of the property and roof removed, with a significant structural remodel. The end result was a fantastic home for these lovely clients to enjoy in their retirement.
