Project Overview:

Armitstead Barnett are a returning client. We had previously completed the refurbishment of their Burscough office and they now wanted to complete their Clitheroe office.

Client Story:

The client had undertaken previous office refurbishments that had overrun on cost and programme. We previously renovated their Burscough office and then got asked to do this project, which is always nice. The client wanted to maintain their brand look and feel, but to a budget.

Our Assessment:

The client wanted to ensure their budget was achievable to realise a good quality and well designed finish that is consistent with their brand standard. We completed our full Design service from concept through to fully approved designs and then brought the vision to life in the Build.

Transformation Plan:

A full Strategy was completed for the development, followed by a full Design and Pre-Construction, before completion of the Build phase. This project followed the full Switch services from concept to completion.

Scope of Works:

Completion of a light touch refurbishment of the company’s clitheroe office including: feature walls, new lighting and electrics, interior design features and furnishings.

A fully refurbished office.
