The Windmill
The Windmill is one of our more unique residential projects, involving the transformation of a distinctive structure into a functional and well-considered living space.
With its circular form and unconventional layout, this project presented a different kind of challenge ~ requiring a thoughtful approach to both design and delivery.

Our Approach
Following our Plan | Design | Build process, the project began with detailed planning and feasibility to understand how the space could be best utilised.
The design phase required a more technical approach than usual, incorporating precise calculations to work with the building’s circular geometry. This included mapping out a full 360° layout and adapting designs to suit the structure rather than forcing standard solutions.
